Opalescent straw yellow in colour. White, light, evanescent foam. 
On the nose, intense hints of cereal with elegant notes of bread crust accompanied by scents of Cannabis sativa.
On tasting, the clean body impresses with freshness and balsamic notes that persist for a long time.
The aroma of barley malt can be detected, which balances perfectly with the mix of botanicals in the recipe. The pleasant bitterness evident on the finish of the gentian root and the fresh, persistent balsamic note leave the mouth clean and make the beer pleasant to drink.

A straw-yellow, slightly cloudy and opalescent blanche with fine, moderate foam, which immediately expresses pleasant citrus notes on the nose and a delicate spiciness that rises as the beer gains warmth. 
It then presents itself, on the palate, with a pleasant harmony of grain and citrus that interpenetrate, later blending into a delicate floral and spicy balance. This leads to a slightly herbaceous finish giving way, on the palate, to a subtle and tantalizing peppery note.

Intense yellow in colour, this beer presents itself with a delicate haze and a fine, white foam of good persistence. Its delicate aromas are an example of balance between the fruity, herbaceous and malty parts and give it an aroma that invites drinking by virtue of its lightness.
When drunk, Nazionale reveals itself to be a small masterpiece of interlocking individual taste elements. Its notes of chamomile and citrus fruits, balanced with the delicate bitterness of the Italian hops - harvested from their own hop gardens and cultivated directly by Birrificio Baladin - make it simply complex. A clean, drinkable beer that certainly satisfies the palate of those who wish to drink well without ifs and buts.

L'IPPA (IPA) 5,5% - Brewery Baladin - 33 cl

A beer that is bright amber in color with white foam. On the nose, evident citrus notes of tangerine combined with hints of melon and mango. In the mouth, the particular reinterpretation of classic English IPAs is evident where the yeast strain selected and grown in the brewery determines its absolutely Baladin imprinting.
A surprisingly drinkable beer that leaves the mouth clean and satisfied, thanks to its balanced bitterness and harmony among the hops used.

Super Bitter (Amber) 8% - Brewery Baladin - 33 cl

It is an amber ale with persistent light hazelnut foam. Fruity and warming aromas come immediately to the nose, blending harmoniously with the delicate herbaceous and citrus notes of the hops, which we also find in the mouth when tasting along with the hints of cereal present from the first sip.  A pleasant - if faint - peppiness emerges on the finish as the first sensations wear off.
